MY EXPERIENCE IN GENERAL CELLULAR AND NEURAL CELLULAR PATHOLOGY IN CASE BASED BLENDED LEARNING ECOCYSTEM CBBLE

This is Jasmisri ,medical undergraduate studying in India 

I would like to share my experience in general medicine while going through different cases during postings with guidance of my seniors ,pgs ,lectures.

Initially we just don't have an idea of online E blogs after hearing about it what to do !?our seniors and lectures explained about it that which are the case report of the patient are detailed in a format ..which are exposed to outside our hospital this data would be for research purpose.

As we know each patient has different presentations they won't be as we learn in theory books ..these clinical learning of  different diseases and the way they are treated

We can get the data from different patients, and  different students will present a different case differently through this we can experience many things.

I had learned many points and even still learning 

Detailed History taking has been practiced   In this we will follow up patient and detail data ,every day investigations ,vitals,treatment are noted so that we can know the prognosis of the disease or any new things may arouse and who are going through blogs they will learn these things and there will be discussion of the case those chat will be uploaded in the blogs 


My first case blog in general medicine gave me better knowledge about how to do a blog want to be mentioned how it is going to reflect our differential diagnosis and patient’s out come

My case was 70 yrs old male with shortness of breath since 6 days, pedal edema since 5 days ,generalized weakness since 5 days

On discussion, what is shortness of breath how did it occurred what may be the system involved and how pedal edema occurred what is the reason behind it and what about generalised weakness

How these are related to each other are they are effecting same system or one system effected first which leads to effect of other system 

By the history followed by investigations according to the data collected we finalized a diagnosis as heart failure necessary treatment was given to him 

Long back we didn't develop the PAJR group now we have implemented it it is useful in how the patient was after leaving the hospital how is his daily routines ,vitals,progression of the disease
